Appointment was set up easily, though on the phone they seemed a bit surprised at our request.  They did not arrive as scheduled, but came after we called to remind them.  The work itself seemed to go so-so.  After they left we discovered that during their work they set our water heater temperature high, but did not set it back to where it had been before they arrived.
When we first dealt with this company it was under a different owner and a different name (Pro Plumbing).  This (new) company began business in early 2013.  We asked them to do this service because we had had excellent experiences with Pro Plumbing.  But this is obviously a different company - one which we will use again.

I called the company for service and I believe they came he next day, they were tardy with no phone call to let me know when to expect the technician. The technician was puzzled as to what the problem was and how to fix it. He spent quite a bit of time changing out the old thermostat to install a new one. While the old thermostat worked the new one provided no resolution to the problem. He then went up on the roof to find out if there was a problem up there. He told me that the wires were covered with some tar, he cleaned them and after a time the AC began to function again. While it was fixed last August it has the same problem now. When I called for service on Wednesday the person on the other end of the phone told me I would have to wait until Friday. I made the appointment and stayed home all day, THEY NEVER CAME OR CALLED. When I called to find out why I was told there was a computer problem and they definitely would be there yesterday, Saturday, June 12. My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. and Joseph asked if it was alright if they came earlier and I said yes. At 8:30 a.m they were a no show. I called at 8:45 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and left a message, "where is the technician". No one ever called back. I left my home at 10:20 a.m. I decided that since I wasted a full day waiting for service the day before (June 11) I wasn't going to waist a second day . So, I've decided that while I had used this company (8 years) for plumbing, heating, and reverse osmosis they are no longer reliable. Their quality has diminished and I've also been charged for 3 hours of service when they only worked less than 1 hour to replace the filters on my reverse osmosis system in Feb. of 2010 .
