Service person arrived punctually on Monday after my call on Friday. He inspected the pool motor and said he believed he had a new one in stock and would get back to me on Tuesday. Meanwhile, he instructed me to add shock to my already green pool. Did not hear back on Tuesday or Wednesday, so I called the place of business. The person at the store was very polite and said he would relay my message. The provider showed up Thursday afternoon, replaced the motor, and gave me some tips on how to treat the water. He wasn't set up to take payment on a credit card, so I asked him if I could just go to the store the following day and pay. I needed a backwash hose and some algae destroyer which was waiting for me when I went in to take care of the charges.
