Love Polo, Love his son. They are very professional but they really should get a friendly person to book the appts.I probably won't go back now.

Job went very well. Very efficient.Quick work was made of removing the old water heater and installing the new one.The savings in time and aggravation( if I had done it myself or with a friend) was more than worth the cost.

Called the office and set up an appointment for Wednesday, January 4 between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Plumber arrived at 8:15 a.m. He introduced himself, I explained why I had called and he checked both toilets. He told me what the problem was, said he had the parts in his truck and he went to work. Both toilets repaired and working in about 30 minutes. I chose this company because it had a straight A rating and because it was a local company, not a franchise. The service man told me the company had been started by his Dad 22 years ago, his Mother worked in the office and had been the one to schedule my appointment, and he was one of the servicemen. He was prompt, courteous and professional, and I would call Polo Plumbers again for any plumbing problems.

Polo was on time and got the job done quickly and effectively. He made sure that everything worked just the way he would want them working in his own home. He was professional and cleaned up after himself. He narrowed the problem down to one of two things just by the description of the noise that I tried to mimic for him over the phone so he knew just what he needed to get the job done.
