Mr. Chastain did return my call that same day. When we spoke, I asked if the company was currently taking clients as I had multiple properties that I was seeking property management for. We discussed additional details and Mr. Chastain stated that they were accepting clients and would send a copy of their standard property mgmt. agreement and fee schedule as I had requested. The initial contact was positive and professional. However, later that afternoon I received an EMAIL from Mr. Chastain stating that this was a busy time of year for them and that they had lost an employee and could not take on additional clients. While I do understand that things happen like this, you would think Mr. Chastain would have known upfront that it was a busy time, employee status before stating that they were accepting clients. Further, to send an e-mail instead of calling me directly made me glad that I did not move forward and hire this company. Buyer Beware!!

I do business with them monthly. They are apartment managers and I am the owner, and they have managed the property well. Their service is excellent. They are professional. They are responsive to tenants claims. The keep the property in good shape. They are proactive; they see what is in need of repair and take care of it before it really becomes a problem. They provide a lot of their own maintenance personal. They contract out for trades that they have to call in for services. I have just been pleased with the way they have managed the property. Their price is competitive, I have a long-term contract and I have been so pleased with their service that I have not been shopping around.
