I do business with them monthly. They are apartment managers and I am the owner, and they have managed the property well. Their service is excellent. They are professional. They are responsive to tenants claims. The keep the property in good shape. They are proactive; they see what is in need of repair and take care of it before it really becomes a problem. They provide a lot of their own maintenance personal. They contract out for trades that they have to call in for services. I have just been pleased with the way they have managed the property. Their price is competitive, I have a long-term contract and I have been so pleased with their service that I have not been shopping around.
