 + -1 moreCurtis (another PFFO employee) was the main artist I worked with in framing these five pieces. Greg (the owner) and Robin, however, also gave me terrific input and ideas with this special project. Their combined professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge, and artistry was so evident in the end result of these treasured pieces that I cannot cite enough accolades for this "top notch" group of people - - - with special kudos to Curtis. His patience and keen eye made him a pleasure to work with! The finished pieces are a unique and beautiful addition to our home, and I cannot thank PFFO enough. Their level of attention for finishing these five objects of art rivaled that of creating pieces for their own homes. The pricing was also extremely reasonable in consideration of the time they afforded me to explore various options along with all the "extras" that were incorporated in these pieces: silk fabric matting, intricately carved fillets (small pieces of moulding which fit inside a larger frame for decorative purposes), shadow boxes to provide depth for the scrolls, etc. For SUPERIOR WORKMANSHIP and ARTISTRY, this is the place to go in Las Cruces!
Description of Work: More than a decade ago, my husband and I travelled to China and we purchased some beautiful art pieces: Two Calligraphy Scrolls, and Two Original Watercolor Drawings on Rice Paper. I had also recently purchased a large Oil Painting of an Ancient Chinese Emperor. They all required framing, and I had been procrastinating because I thought it would be both costly and time-consuming to make the selections that these unique pieces deserved to be properly accented on the walls of our home. Robin (an PFFO employee) worked with me previously on another framing project a couple years back, and I was beyond pleased with the end result. Consequently, I chose the Picture Frame Factory Outlet to work with me on these five items to my utmost satisfaction.

 + -1 moreMike Groves has his shop at the Picture Frame Factory Outlet. He is the local outlet for a Company we are buying images from. That Company's prices are a little high, but he has no control over that. His photography is pretty amazing. He has thousands of images that we can choose from. He could improve his website and it would help if he had a flip book with the images that you could go through yourself. You pretty well have to sit next to him at his computer while he goes through the images.

 + -1 moreThey fame any kind of art work like photography. I do fabric and that is kind of specialized. Their price varies a lot according to the size of the piece and how elaborately you want the framing done. I would say that they are reasonable though. They seem very interested in helping you frame your art. They are not in a hurry. They are not distracted. They are really dedicated to what they are doing. They also do customized frames. I like that they help me come up with ideas for what I wanted to do for the work that I take in there.

Our designers work with you to create the perfect memory to display on your wall. You may consider us jewelry for your walls. Appointments are available if you have a large piece that may require additional services and also for hanging pictures in your home.
We do not offer printing services, photo restoration, or document restoration. However we do have referrals for companies that do offer those services.
