 + -1 moreRick Look claimed he wasn't paid his dues by Linda Wilson (we had paid her in full for materials and labor) and without any prior warning to us, placed a materialsman lien on our property. Thankfully, this wasn't done withiin the legal time-period, so we got him to cancel the lien by threatening a lawsuit. He saw reason and got the lien cancelled.
Description of Work: This guy was the sub-contractor - the person from whom the primary contractor, Pond-S-Scapes co-owner Linda Wilson bought gravel rock for our backyard renovation project.
