The overall job was excellent! The head worker, Ramon, was who I dealt with the entire time. He is not the company owner, but supervisor. He was very professional, very nice, and the entire crew did a great job. The first day, Ramon only showed up b/c the other workers were on another job, but he showed up and immediately started working on his own until the crew arrived. Each day they showed before the scheduled time (720a instead of 8a) and worked until between 4-5p. They removed the existing rod iron fence with no charge and with absolutely no damage to the fencing. They even repaired some areas in the existing wall as requested with no problems. They made sure all messes were completely cleaned up in both my yard and our nieghbor's, since they needed access to that side of the wall. Ramon also worked with us on the price estimate and came down on it twice. Keep in mind, it is cheaper to build a taller wall from the start, than to add more to an existing wall, so don't let the price discourage you if you do not have an existing wall yet. Ramon currently subs for our home builder out here, but is trying to get outside personal jobs as well. We were his first and I HIGHLY recommend him. He even offered his services in landscaping and said he would match or beat anyone's estimate. We may be consider him for that as well.
Description of Work: We had a house built about 6 months ago that included a 4 foot rockwall in our backyard surrounding 3 sides, with rod iron fencing/gates on the front section. We decided to raise the walls an additional 2 feet, plus make one of the sections of rod iron fencing (11 ft section) into rock wall. We decided this because the lot behind us was higher than ours, so the wall had to be higher to give them a 4 ft wall, so our back wall was already 6ft. Plus this would give us more privacy and help block the wind.
