Our previous experiences with Gilbert, and his offer/ability to quickly do a removal/install, as well as give us a good price for the removal/install helped determine our choice to go with MZ Mechanical, even though we had three other local quotes.
Description of Work: Removed older York 5 Ton AC package unit (one of two units) on roof. Installed new 4 Ton 14 Seer Trane unit. New mounts, roof gasket. Sealing, and change-out of gas orifices (propane conversion kit).
