Plumbing
He changed the prices he quoted me several times. The end price he charged me was way higher than he originally said, and higher than any of his competitors charge. He installed the thing so far back into the closet, didn’t replace the insulation blanket I had for it, and generally caused me a lot of extra problems. He didn’t give me a real receipt, and the little he gave me in writing didn’t add up to either the final cost I paid or the bid he gave me over the phone. For me to feel good about this, resolution would mean: refunding me 150 dollars, giving me a receipt since all I have is a cashier’s check, and to put my insulation blanket on.
