MDC COMPUTERS

MDC Computers have a Superb Technical Staff and are Very Client Orientated. My Windows 10 Computer had a Corrupted Partition along with Registry Issues. They Fixed the Partition and did a Clean Install of Windows 10 and Reinstalled some of my Programs, Installed several program so I was Operational, and ALL of my 4 GB of Data which was a surprise to me. I am a very computer savvy technical person having worked with Computers for 35 years. I know a Great Computer Service Company when I see it. I will buy my next Computer from MDC and have them do any repairs as needed FOR CERTAIN!!!

Every time I have ever had any computer issues, MDC has the best customer service! Honest super helpful and they always go out of their way to make sure I walk out with a solution. I have a new laptop that is everything I need and referred my friend there to find the right one for her too. Thank you for taking care of me!!!

I brought my older laptop to the store and received a phone call shortly after to explain what was possibly wrong and the choices available to fix the problems. It was amazing to me that the diagnostic could be accomplished so quickly, and I appreciated the patient explanation, sometimes more than once to help me understand. The computer was fixed in less than two weeks, based on the choices offered and it is wonderful to have my laptop back home. Thank you MDC Computers!

I had one previous contact with this company. The owner came to my home, serviced my laptop and connected a wifi extender, etc. He took my computer to his shop for a memory upgrade.  I was also having trouble with documents not printing from my computer through the wifi connection to the printer. I did limited trouble shooting, but nothing resolved the issue.  I told the owner of MDC about this problem in addition to asking for the regular maintenance of the computer system. He could not discover what was causing the printer/laptop problelm. (My printer would priint, but only in one font.)  I called my former tech person from another state and he was able to work remotely and removed a corrupted typeface  that was blocking the laptop/printer connection. I then called the owner of MDC and tactfully told him that what the problem was and how it was corrected. After that, on the three occasions , I have asked the owner of this business for assistance. Rather than give me a direct response on these three occasions: he avoided me, he looked at my computer for 5 minutes and said there was nothing wrong, and when I called the third time to ask for another related service, he told his employee who answered the telephone that they no longer offered this service, rather than come to the phone and tell me himself.  My first contact with this company, the maintenance of my laptop, was of "journeyman" quality, but certainly not exceptional. The customer service /response I have received since then is beyond deplorable. I would have appreciated a more direct response to my request, rather than have this person waste my time seeking help from them. ( One would not think that tactfully sharing information that would help someone in the technology field become more proficient would be considered an insult. Obviously I misjudged that in this individual.)
I would never recommend this business to anyone. I happen to be a MAC user and I would especially warn any MAC users against using this company. The service might be adequate for obvious issues, but it is not prepared to handle more sophisticated problems and the attitude is, as I aready said, DEPLORABLE. (FYI: I do not consider removing a corrupted typeface from my system a sophisticated problem. The owner of this company could not find that problem nor remedy it.)

I liked them very well. They were kind of younger people there, which is kind of true of computer people. I would consider them across the board a B but an A in service. I thought the price was a little on the expensive side. They didn't give me cheap service. But I expected to be pay more. They did fine.

I took my laptop in and the gentleman there right away looked at it, and determined what the problem was.  He explained to me what they would have to do to repair it and also what other items they would do to enhance the operation of my laptop.  He also explained to me about how much it would cost.  I took my laptop in on a Friday and it was done by Monday afternoon.  These people are true to their word, they are very explicit when telling you what is wrong and what I liked best, very professional and polite!

MDC has provided great service every time we have brought our computers in for servicing.   They all  are very  professional, helpful, and very proficient at what they do and at very competitive pricing.  We have complete confidence in their abilities to service our computers.  They also sell computers and we have bought one or two from them.  A+ for  MDC Computers!

It went well. Everything working fine. Took longer than I expected and cost more than I expected. Lucky was very professional and knowledgeable.

For several years I have trusted MDC Computers for buying and servicing my computer. They have proved to do outstanding work and they are reasonable, honest and responsible as well as helpful at all times.

They are good. I think they are responsible when doing their work. The prices are reasonable. I would use them again because there is nobody else in town that I would take my computer to.

I went to them because my husband has taken three or four of our computers to them, and he thinks that they are really good. I liked it that they told me that my computer was probably going to be done in a day or two. They were going to start on it that day, and it was probably not that serious. So, they were very personable.

Overall I'm very satisfied and would highly recomend them to anyone in need of expert computer repair.
