 + -1 moreJoe was amazing. He quickly replaced the valves and installed the new fawcett. He was kind and patient, answered all our questions and cleaned up after he was done. We found a drip under one of the bathroom sinks after he left so we called and he came right back. Turns out it was the hose that was faulty and he replaced it, no charge, even though it was our hose and had nothing to do with his work. Would highly recommend Las Cruces Plumbing and especially JOE!

 + -1 moreIt was easy to schedule an appointment with their office. Two technicians arrived on time on the day of the appointment. I told them what I needed done and they went to work immediately. They disconnected the old range and installed a new gas line on the new range. They tested the new gas line for leaks, ensured all the burners worked properly on the new range and cleaned up their work area. The whole process was completed quickly and professionally. I feel the cost of the project was adequate for the work performed.
Description of Work: Needed an old gas range disconnected from the gas inlet in our kitchen and a new gas range connected and tested for gas leakage.

 + -1 moreI requested higher toilets that flushed very well. Unfortunately, they trusted the vendor and the toilets installed did not flush well at all. I was hoping being plumbers that they would know the best flusher. After multiple phone calls (the reason for the C rating for responsiveness) they arranged for the vendor to supply new powerful flushers at a greatly reduced cost. They did not charge me for installation, however I could not get the money back for the two toilets already installed. I will turn them into a nice bench. They were very professional and showed up on time and worked with me to resolve the problem I was having with the first two toilets. I would hire them again.

 + -1 moreIt's been over a month since we had our Mitsubishi Mini Split Systems installed by Matt. The installation went really well and I still marvel at how cleanly and seamlessly he was able to install each interior unit as well as the roof mounted unit. Matt also let us know that we can count on him should we have any issues regarding the installation or the Mitsubishi system. For the two years we have lived in Las Cruces, Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas has been here to install a new water heater, a new water softener, upgrade plumbing fixtures, repair a leaky gas grill, install the Mitsubishi split system, and replace our irrigation system manifold and backflow valve. We are very pleased with the work they have done for us.
Description of Work: HVAC certified technician Matthew Ney from Las Cruces Plumbing & Gas installed two Mitsubishi Mini Split Systems in our home which resolved a longstanding HVAC venting problem in two separate rooms. Matthew was professional, articulate, knowledgeable, and very helpful in educating us regarding what types of systems were available and appropriate to meet our needs. He also gave his opinion to what might be our best option based on efficiency, quality, and warranty values of each brand - Mitsubishi, Daikin, and LG. We opted for the Mitsubishi system and have been very pleased with both the product and the product installation that Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas and their highly certified HVAC Matt Ney did for us. Many thanks, Matthew, for helping us make the best choice for our needs!!
