We do let them know if we are in a rush for servicing our cars.  If we do need fast service, we receive it.  If we aren't needing immediate service to identify some problem with driving one of the cars, they take a little more time if they are very busy.

They use synthetic oil for our cars which is great because it is better for your engines and you do not have to change the oil as often. They have provided transportation for us while the cars are being repaired. He has even vacuumed out our car for without asking. He is very courteous. He is able to make recommendations if he can’t fix the problem. He always lets you know what needs to be fixed before he makes the repair. He is very trustworthy. He works with two other mechanics that are pleasant as well. They always call if there is some delay. They follow up very well. They are just a great local, family run, business.
