The experience was mixed. The person I dealt with was pretty useless. I liked the product, and the owner once she got involved was pretty decent. I wouldn't recommend them. She kept stressing how quickly they would come, and then they came late, they didn't come in a timely fashion. She didn't follow up, she just said they weren't here. I then called the owner, to follow up. When they installed them, they installed on wrongly, and one fell down, and knocked a statue and put a hole in our wall. The guy who installed was pretty decent. The shades were expensive, but they were expensive every where.
