Went well. This was a routine annual call to drain the tank.

Performed excellent work. Had to locate septic tank outlets. They had been covered for 2/12 years.

We purchased a house that had a failing septic tank. In our state, by law, the seller must correct the problems before the sale can close. the seller chose Johnny's to do the work. But we wanted the entire septic system moved to a new location, and the tank upgraded from concrete to poly. Johnny's readily broke the invoice down into the amount the seller would have had to pay and the upgrades that we would pay. On the day of installation, they got there on time, got the job done, and even did some extra work for which they did not charge us! The regraded some of the lot so irrigation water would not flood the laterals. We are happier with Johnny's than any other subcontractor we have hired yet!

Johnny's Septic arrived on time and promptly searched for the underground septic tank in order to locate the two manhole covers on either side of the tank. Johnny's allows one half hour of search time before they charge for looking and were able to find our septic tank within 15 minutes. I asked the worker if he needed me for anything and he said no so I left the house to run errands. He was gone by the time I got back. As we requested he left both manhole covers uncovered by dirt so that we could rig some kind of removable landscaping for the next time we need this service. Johnny's sells a product that can be installed for that purpose but my husband wanted to do it himself. The representative on the initial phone call to set up the service and the rep who came to the house to do the work were both pleasant and professional. We will definately use Johnny's Septic Tank Co. again. The only reason I gave them a "B" rating on price is because I have nothing to compare them to.
