The Sales team gave us a new perspective on auto buying. It was a great experience. We will be buying another new car next week.
As always, the administrative side of auto buying can be a nightmare. A problem with a check gave everyone, including the sales team, reason for concern. But to their credit (the sales team), the problem was solved. It turned out to be something simple.
In truth, the Nissan has a reputation as a solid vehicle and the manufacturing plants around the country deserve the lion share of the great Nissan reputation. For example, Frontier trucks have been made in Smyrna, Tenn for the past 30 years. They recently reached the 1 million mark. The people who work in Smyrna for Nissan have helped build the great Nissan reputation.
IMHO, we could see that the sales team at Jack Key Nissan are trying to match the Smyrna, Tenn. Nissan manufacturing plant's reputation. Everything during the auto buying experience for my wife and I was exemplary and transparent (no surprises).

It was a good experience. The service manager was very courteous. They perform the work fairly rapidly. I've never had trouble with them overcharging. They've been in business for many years. I think I can find cheaper providers. I bought the car originally from them.
