While I felt sorry for them they were a disorganized, filthy shop. They could barely make a key. Perhaps service at your home would be better? Avoid walking into shop at all costs.

My parents had an issue with one of their door knobs and locks, and needed it replaced or changed. I found Integrity on Angie's List, and advised them to use based on other reviews. They were responsive, on time, well priced and went over and above to check the locks on all the other doors. Needless to say, I recommend these people.

The two gentlemen had to work all afternoon to make the locks fit in the security doors, but they did a beautiful job. They were very friendly, professional and made everything fit and work perfectly. My husband and I are very pleased with their work! And for as much as they had to do, we thought the price was quite reasonable! We highly recommend this company!

I chose the locksmith randomly from the phone book. I called and ask for locks to be changed. He gave me an estimate for the number of locks I requested. He arrived on time with one of his sons. They completed the work in a timely manner. The bill was the same as the estimate.
