Landscaping
We contracted for 700 sq ft of flagstone, sprinkler heads,removal of a stump, and a new wrought iron pool fence. Chuck took the check on 8/7/09 and said his guys would start work the next day. When his workers failed to show up I called and Chuck stated that he could not start the work because his truck was broken, 2 of his workers were at AA meetings and that his girl friend was just arrested so he needed to go bail her out. He said that he would be there as soon as he could. His guys did show up on Monday for 1 hour and then again on Wednesday for 1.5 hours. They shoveled dirt into a pile in the corner of the yard and then never came back. Chuck will not take my calls and is ignoring my attempts to fix this issue.
