First call (FERUARY), fixed one outlet, but not second. Contacted them to come correct/fix second outlet. When they finally did come, workers worked on a different outlet. Original second outlet still did not work. I called at least once/week for them to come fix the outlet. I was told that I would get a call back, but didn't; I was told that they would try to come "the next day" but didn't. They finally came out in MID MAY. I had already gotten a form from the Better Business Bureau to submit.
