Find a Newly Constructed Home (Older, Established Neighborhood)
The building materials used, and the construction quality of these extremely overpriced homes is outrageously bad. After 2 years we have replaced all the appliances because what was used were lemons, and now we are already having to replace cheap windows that are starting to break, from being opened once or twice a year. I would never use this company again. Save yourself the hassle?

They have the best reputation here. I found them on the internet for a year and then I met with them to get my home built. They sell property and then build the homes. Sometimes they sell homes that are already built.
