The problem continued. I called and they said they would return. I never saw or talked to anyone after the first visit to my house. I received a bill for $100.00. I called again and was told the problem was due to the slope of my front lawn. They would need to come in and and quot;raiseand quot; my yard to make it even. I declined, not very politely, and said I would call someone else. I paid the bill.

I am happy with them. They were a little too expensive for me so I went with another gardener. I was happy with their service. They did it very well. I thought they were reliable and competent.

This is the first time I've had landscaping and I can't say that I am totally thrilled with them. They had gotten rid of a person that may have been a problem child. They have asked me to give them another chance. I am going to see how they do for the next couple of months. The drip system should have been done in a week or two, but it took them a couple of months. I really didn't even get to use it last summer. I went to use it this summer and part of it didn't work. It just seems that I always have to be in contact with them. I think they should be able to look around and see what needs to be done without me constantly having to ask them to do things because they are the experts. They have their own agenda, as opposed to my agenda. I didn't water in the winter and they fixed it this past week. They have a hedge that they love to trim and I had to actually pull weeds in a hedge that they should have taken care of. I don't know if I would recommend them. I pay them monthly and if they have to use any weed killer, then they charge extra. I don't think I am getting $100 a month in services. I don't have any grass; it is raking and trimming the evergreen trees and honeysuckle trimming.

Called for an estimate Came out gave an estimate of a fixed price, I had called 3 others, they all gave estimates by the hour but none could tell me how many hours... Set a day. Two men showed up and went to work right away, completed all work and cleaned up. Did more than I asked for, outstanding job...

The patio work was satisfactory. However, they rarely initiated communication with me. I had to call them constantly, to the point where I felt like I was bothering them. Then after the work was completed, and I had paid the total bill, I learned that the drip system was not functioning properly. I contacted them 4 or 5 different times. The first 3 times they told me they would send someone out to fix the problem and never did. The last 2 times I called, I was unable to reach anything but voice mail. I asked them to return my call, but they never did. So, to keep from wasting water/$, I had to pay someone else to come in and fix their work.
