Got right to work and saw problems needed to fix

I met with a really nice/knowledgeable person from this company, and I received an estimate, but there was no design attached. When I received the design, I emailed the company with my specific changes. I called to follow up with the designer, but the company wouldn?t let me speak with her. They said they?d ?forward? any information to her. I felt like I was a waste of their time and that they were offended by my email and call. Given the cost of the project, I wanted to make sure it was done right, but I guess the company has its set way of doing things and doesn?t like to be told what to do. I?d only recommend this company perhaps if you have no idea of what kind of landscape design you want and if you?re ok having someone tell you how things are going to be. I don?t appreciate being treated that way.

The crew was very conscientious & skilled and consulted me with questions & suggestions. The original bid and 2 small add-ons were very reasonable. The only glitch was the owner had estimated 2 days for the project. As I was traveling from out of state to oversee, I factored in 3 days (just in case...) but the project spanned 5 days so my return was delayed 2 days. Not a huge deal and I had thought 2 days was very optimistic. Would only suggest overestimating as opposed to underestimating. I would highly recommend this company.

The workmen were fast and efficient. Rates are good. I plan to use them again for other projects.

They did just what we asked, worked very hard in 100 degree weather and got the job done!!!

I have not paid the bill that came the very next day, but my yard work was incomplete.
