 + -1 moreAfter struggling with an eyesore foam roof for years we had Gilbert & Sons complete a shingle roof. We could not be happier it gave new life back to our home and made us fall in love with it again! Anthony was prompt and professional from start to finish and the same can be said for his crew. They were on time friendly and most important took care to not damage the landscaping. They would clean up each day as if it was their last day on the job to negate any debris getting blown around on some very very windy days. We have nothing but positive things to say and the job looks great!

 + -1 moreI can’t express enough the gratitude I have for the hard work you and your guys put into replacing my roof. You went out of your way to make sure that the best materials were used. You guys were professional, friendly, and worked fast. Everyday I go home I feel relief because not only does my roof look beautiful but I know quality work was done.
Description of Work: Complete tear off and roof replacement.

 + -1 moreThe work was done in a timely fashion. Was it a good job? I don't know, I can't get up on the roof and my husband has since died. The roof has not leaked. That's about all I can say and that's what we were wanting basically.
Description of Work: Mr. Gilbert was very friendly and, it appears, told us anything he thought we wanted to hear to win our trust. Insurance was paying for the roof due to hail damage. He wanted the job. My husband was dying (at home) and he was so nice to us. He insisted on buying one of my quilts. We decided what type of design he wanted and I spent money to buy the material. Money I could not lightly spare as we are on social security. Bob never came back for his quilt. I only completed the top because I became doubtful of his return. A year after the job he returned to see how the roof was doing. I showed him the quilt top and he said he loved it and definately wanted to purchase it even after I told him again the price. I spent more money to buy the batting and bottom layer. He never came back. I called him. He said he would be by the next day to purchase the quilt. He never came. So, my advice to you is, he may do good work, but he is a dishonerable man. Don't believe a word he says. I don't know about you, but I like to do business with honorable people.
