The engine in our 2002 Passat was running rough. We took it to German and Japanese Auto Specialists, 505 N. Valley, Las Cruces, NM whom we had used before. They discovered an engine mount was worn out, letting the engine vibrate. They also recommended the transmission mounts and the front axels needed to be replaced. We authorized the work and they accomplished it in one day. After we got the car back, some bad vibration developed in the front end. We took it back and they discovered one of the new axels was bad and quickly replaced it under warrantee, at no cost.
Again. Edward was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He kept us informed as to how the work was progressing and made sure we understood what was being done

They are really friendly and professional. They did very well with difficult cars to fix. They are honest and they were accommodating to my schedule. He allowed me to come and pick up the car after hours.
