G & A LANDSCAPING

Lack of communication, professionalism, making up excuses, and meeting deadlines are by far their areas of problems. They would promise to show up and wouldn't, would not return calls, texts, or emails and took frequent breaks when they did show up. I hired them on April 29th and fired them on June 5th. I finally told them not to come back to save my stress level with trying to get them to work. The patio tile job, estimated at two days of work, stretched out to over a month and still not completed. If they showed up, they would show up at 11:00 and then leave at 3:00 because it was hot. I had a written contract to have the job completed by May 25th, and then extended to May 31st. by me. They couldn't meet either deadline. I had a huge party planned on June 10th - with a half done backyard. In fairness, the work they did complete was of an adequate quality. Also, as a nonsmoker, I was disgusted to see my backyard littered with cigarette butts, as at least one of the grandsons was a smoker. It is sad that the grandfather built his company over 30 years and is now trying to retire and turn over his company to his grandsons. They are not ready to take it on and continue the level of work he produced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible experience.  G&A initially planted non-native plants, even though we specifically asked for native species that required little to no water.  They did a terrible job in spacing/arranging the plants in our yard.  Then they screwed up the timer for our drip system, over-watering some of the plants.  Overall, a terrible experience.  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
