We purchased a new house with an air conditioner installed by this company.
The thermostat was wired incorrectly, as a result the unit would not turn off. The unit would freeze-over constantly. The "warranty" service provided by this company was horrible. They would come out to see why the unit wasn't working, "fix it", then 15 minutes later it would blow out hot air.
Not to mention the unit was installed in 2007 but manufactured in 2004, so obviously someone was just trying to go as cheap as possible.
We eventually replace the unit, and found out the original unit had been installed incorrectly on the roof, using legs rather than a base that would spread the weight of the unit around to protect the roof from damage.
