For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. No detail was ignored as far as dealing with everything on the roof such as antennas and my swamp cooler. Very well done! Thank you so much Fort Selden Roofing! It's been 8 years since my roof was done and it still looks great. I guess the best compliment I've had in a while came from my neighbor who chose Fort Seldon Roofing based on my recommendation and told me how satisfied he was with the entire experience. He said he paid a little more for his energy efficient TPO roof than ordinary roofs from competing roofers but he knows the investment will pay off for years.

Everything went well, they came out and gave gave us a quote that beat other roofing companies. When they came back to do the job, it was done quickly and very well. They replaced our entire roof in 2 days and we haven't had any problems with it to date.

I scheduled the work and a couple of weeks before the start date one of my tenants has a personal issue and asked me to postpone the work. I called up they company and they were more than willing to change the schedule. They showed up and completed the job in 2 days with all new vent caps, two roof jacks for the coolers, and drip edge and it came out perfect. They kept a clean worksite and left the place very nice. I have hired them in the past and will definitely hire them in the near future (I just noticed a small leak in my garage). You will not be disappointed with this company!!

We hired Fort Selden Roofing in April 2016 to repair our roof after a very bad hail storm ruined the existing roofing. Many of my neighbors also hired Fort Selden and everyone of them ( and us ) were / are totally satisfied with the work, professionalism, and super fast installation of the new roofing. Ft Selden was prompt and even worked with our solar install schedule regardless of how backed up they were due to weather. If we have an issue I can call them and feel confident it will be taken care of the very next day! Great customer service, would definitely hire again!

Very professional and excellent work. Of course, the long run is the most important. The workers were helpful, professional and thoughtful. This work was delayed many times due to the weather and work overload because of hail claims (I assume), but they worked long days in order to finish the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to others.

This is our 2nd roof on this house done by Ft. Selden. The first roof (built-up - hot mopped, rolled roofing) was installed in 1999 and lasted well beyond life expectancy. The new roof installed as a result of the summer 2015 hail storm. Because of the widespread hail damage in town, Ft. Selden had a work backlog of several months. Office staff were pleasant, helpful, and responsive during signing on for work and job start. Prior to work start and at my request, they made 1 trip to seal loose roofing in advance of a rain storm to avoid further damage to the house. Once they began, they worked diligently; even working extra hours in 100 degree heat to get the roof relatively sealed due to the threat of rain. Work was completed in 3 days. Quality of materials and attention to detail was outstanding. They installed the roofing underneath the A/C condenser with out damaging it. They left the roof and yard.

Excellent workmanship. I was referred to this company, and I am very glad i waited for an estimate! Its quality worth waiting for. I had other roofing companies giving me estimates, but they did not seem credible; too many " ifs or but's". They would never give me a concrete professional answer, and would not guarantee my roof would not leak again! I no longer have to worry about my roof again for as long as i own my home. I would call Ft. Selden Roofing in a heartbeat. I love all the before & after pictures they took using a drone device. What attention to detail, and no surprises on the overall bill, either!

The anticipated roof replacement work was explained to me in suitable detail before the work began. The replacement work was completed in a professional manner over three consecutive days with noticeable concern for not damaging other roof-mounted systems -- HVAC unit, satellite antenna and eight skylights. The workers were personable and considerate of yard and patio furniture and trees and shrubs. Debris was removed from my property daily..

They were on time and cleaned up every day.  They were professional and did a very thorough job. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, no shortcuts.  We would use them again.

The installation went as it should have........... VERY GOOD

Part of the house was covered with a "flat" roof and part was pitched and covered in shingles.  This occurred at a time when many homes were getting roofs replaced because of widespread hail damage in town.  When Ft. Selden was able to schedule my reroofing, they brought a good-sized team of workers.  They removed the damaged roofing and replaced it (both flat and shingled).  They worked from 8:00 to 5:00 and finished within a few days.  The workers were courteous and cleaned up the workplace before leaving.

Great!  The crew showed up when they were scheduled, worked steadily and completed the work on time.  They even did some extra work -- applied elastomeric coating to a flat roof on the garage and storage unit at no charge -- because that wasn't part of the original estimate.  Very nice, professional, friendly.  Cleaned up ALL the mess from removing the old roof.  (Unlike many contractors who leave a considerable mess behind!)
