They have different kind of fitness classes all day long and I love that. They child care is very nice. They also have a womans only gym and that is nice. I love the location, it is less than a mile from my house. I will give them a B because a lot of times there equiptment is broke and it seems like it never gets fixed. They also do not have a lot of floor space for stretching. I also noticed that they do clean the tops of the machines but, the bottoms of the machines are dirty, they could clean them ever so often.

I like their prices. I like their indoor cycling so much. I'm taking classes with majority of the instructors and I really enjoyed the class. They are open 24 hours and ndash; it's a full service facility. The facility is neat and tidy. They are punctual. We have first little training service/coaching that utilize during class. I will use them again.
