 + -1 moreThey have different kind of fitness classes all day long and I love that. They child care is very nice. They also have a womans only gym and that is nice. I love the location, it is less than a mile from my house. I will give them a B because a lot of times there equiptment is broke and it seems like it never gets fixed. They also do not have a lot of floor space for stretching. I also noticed that they do clean the tops of the machines but, the bottoms of the machines are dirty, they could clean them ever so often.
Description of Work: I go there as a gym and I take aerobic classes, they also have a child care center.

 + -1 moreI like their prices. I like their indoor cycling so much. I'm taking classes with majority of the instructors and I really enjoyed the class. They are open 24 hours and ndash; it's a full service facility. The facility is neat and tidy. They are punctual. We have first little training service/coaching that utilize during class. I will use them again.
Description of Work: I used Fitness One for fitness training i.e. indoor cycling class.

 + -1 moreA "little" hard work with the "right" trainer ~ CECIL LUCHAU ~ gets results that are life changing in the best of ways!
Description of Work: CECIL LUCHAU is the BEST "certified personal trainer" I have had in my "gym" experiences. We moved from San Francisco, Ca., where trainers are readily available and expensive. CECIL has provided me with more results, in the few short months that we have been working together, than all my years in the past. I am now off several prescribed medications and have lost a significant amount of weight with her knowledge and unrelenting encouragement. She is a true asset to Fitness One.

Description of Work: To get healthy, loose weight and get in shape ~ for my age! My "certified personal trainer" is CECIL LUCHAU. I truly have her to thank for my huge progress and the reduction of prescribed medications. I will continue with Cecil for my on going maintenance!
