 + -1 moreHave had nothing but pushback and trouble since the beginning (5+ years ago). We have relocated equipment and been through hours of futile troubleshooting - with no improvement in update and data rate. Always get the run-around and same old excuses.

 + -1 moreThey do a good job. Nice thing about this business, is their and quot;truth in advertisingand quot; policy. You really do get what they tell you you are going to get. Gamers: while the bandwidth is good, there is more periodic latency than you would get with cable, so first person shooters will notice this...
Description of Work: Fastwave provides high speed internet by putting a microwave radio on your roof (as opposed to the cable and phone companies who pipe it in via a wire). It is a great option if you are fed up with the tactics, throttling, and price of the phone/cable monopolies. It is the only option if your neighborhood is not covered by the phone/cable companies (well, unless you include slow, expensive satellite)...
