Have had nothing but pushback and trouble since the beginning (5+ years ago). We have relocated equipment and been through hours of futile troubleshooting - with no improvement in update and data rate. Always get the run-around and same old excuses.

They do a good job. Nice thing about this business, is their and quot;truth
