Every time we have submitted work requests, they have either gotten lost or not been responded to. It always takes us multiple times calling and emailing several different people at the company. Upon talking to neighbors, they have had leaking problems too and a very hard time getting the work completed. Now we have a leak in the ceiling because of a pipe to the furnace being broken. Turns out it has been broken the whole time we have lived here leaking carbon monoxide into our ceiling and also causing the leak in our ceiling.
