I am so glad I found this co. Tim Waters is a gentleman and his workers reflect that. He is very fussy about the work they do and they work until it's to his satisfaction. They do interior as well as exterior painting and he definitely will do the outside of my home this fall.

It was the third time that I used them and I would use them again. The owner the honest and he does what he said he was going to do. If he subcontract any work he comes out and inspect it and if it's not to his standards, he would come out and do it again before they get paid. He has high standards and I wouldn't ask for more. The price is more than fair because we always get other opinions for the same type of work and so far his has always been in the same ballpark figure. We know him so we always go with him. They were always on time. We always ask for time on site and how many hours they are going to work and they always work according to what they told me. If we want to add something they take care of it. They were always professional.

Tim and his crew showed up at 8:30 a.m. every morning and didn't leave until 5:30 p.m. for the 5 days it took for them to complete all the work. Not only is everyone on his crew a consummate professional, they are all extremely nice people. They made the inconvenience of such a major renovation as painless as possible. We've done some big rehabs on this house and this was the best experience we've had in 20 years. If you're looking for a first rate company to paint your house, hire these guys. They're awesome.

It went very well, Tim Waters EconoPro Painters is a great Company, I recommended them to a neighbor last year and they have had two houses exterior and roof completed and now all their neighbors are getting theirs finished.

Impressed with the 6 step process. 1. House was power washed.exteior 2. Sealer sprayed on complete surace 3. Sprayed finish 4. Rolled finish after spraying 5. Sprayed second coat 6. Rolled finish after spraying. No shortcuts here. 10 year mfg warranty. Make sure you know what you are paying for.

They came in and repaired stucco damage and prepped nicely before painting the exterior of my home. While he was here I also had him restain and varnish exterior wood structures. We were very pleased and also had him paint some additional portions of the home not covered by the insurance estimate. They were very careful not to damage any plants or property during the job. They cleaned up nicely and provided a professional service.

They were professional and fast. It was easy to schedule them to come out and do the work for me. They came out and gave me an estimate. They did what they said they would do. I spent about $3000 on the job. I would recommend them because they will do a very professional job. They are quick. My house looks great now. I will use them again in the future.

Professional job all the way through. Men were clean, in uniform, punctual and polite. This is a small company, some 8 or so employees, and owner is often on the site checking work. Punch list was prepared by owner and reviewed with me to make sure all completed to my satisfaction. I was impressed that all employees agree to random drug testing.. Econopro has completed at least 6 roof coating in our neighborhood in 2009/2010.

Very smooth transaction. No delays or issues. Readily repainted a section of wall that had dried blotchy due to sun and heat.

It went very smoothly. They came on the days they had said they would, the work took only as long as Mr. Waters had explained it would, they returned according to their plan [which they had told us of] on the days we were expecting them to do so, and there were no glitches or surprises.

I got three estimates for this job.  EconoPro was the lowest, which sometimes make me suspicious.  They do alot of commercial jobs, so I was concerned about a "start/stop job" as other jobs got in the way.  Turned out to not be a problem at all. EP subbed out the parapet repair, which was extensive.  Both worked with us regarding the transition from vertical parapet to shingle roof and made sound recommendations and improvements.  They were always easy to contact and very responsive.  In fact they were so prompt and go getter that we were a bit overwhelmed at the intensity of their work program.  The repairs included walls and a chimney which were so porous that we had leaks inside the house.  They pointed out area which were most vulnerable and what they would do to improve the seal.  The workers were very curteous and thourough.  They removed the dirt and rocks from the entire perimeter so the sealer would get below ground level and carefully taped and sealed windows and doors to ensure nothing would get inside the house. They were always willing to describe what they were going to or were doing and why.The final step, elastomeric paint, two coats, was stressful, only because we were going to change colors and patterns completely. They gave us guidance, offered the services of a computer program that would simulate the new colors, offered to go to addresses of local homes which we liked, and most of all gave us plenty of time to make a good decision.We kept waiting for something to go wrong, but that is the only disappointment we experienced!
