I needed to get a wired internet connection into our family room from our modem in another room. Philip quoted me an hourly rate for the job and said it usually takes between one and two hours. We scheduled an appointment, and Josh showed up right on time. He could have worked slowly so I would have had to pay for two hours of work, but instead he worked quickly and was done within an hour. There was some miscommunication about the cost of the service between the office and the technician, but Josh insisted on charging me the lower of the two costs, since it was what I said was quoted to me. The rewiring worked out perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the customer service.

The system was installed in the house while it was being built and later upgrades were made to the system. We have the latest technology that thieves cannot thwart. We have had them for six years and are very pleased with their service and would not change.
