He does not call back and is slow at texting back. His prices are extremely high. He wanted $250.00 to basically blow leaves and do a very little trimming of plants. I was shocked as it would take him less than 1 hour to do this.

The project is still underway. Mike's workers (and he) work so hard, I don't know how they do it. I enjoy talking with them since they are so knowledgeable and respectful; I learn a lot from them. Soon, we'll have an expanded water system, grass, pathway, plants/trees, and more. I can't tell you (dear reader) how I wish we'd found ERM a few years ago. They've would have saved us thousands of dollars, anxiety, and re-doing shoddy work from others. Our curb appeal is going to be outstanding; we can't wait!

After another landscaping/sprinkler company supposedly completed their work, we still had uneven water pressure left to water our pine trees. Some are still very stressed and need the water desperately. The contractor said the new emitters needed to be tweeked, but after my efforts to get him to finish his job I gave up on him. I checked E.R.M. online and with Angie's List, and they came through beautifully. Yesterday we agreed on a price, they completed their work today with adjustable emitters - what a concept, planted two plants I had purchased. They added emitters to the new plants and some others, at no extra cost. I hope to use them in the future on many projects we have lined up. They seem to truly understand water systems (well, water pressure, sand, and more). Thanks, Mike!

In response to our call the provider promptly came out to determine the problem and gave us a reasonable estimate of the cost. We set up a schedule for the repair within a day or two. He came and fixed the problem.
At that time I asked if he did any garden maintenance, and received an estimate for the work of cleaning up several Agaves and creosote bushes. I was less satisfied with their efforts on this project, I felt that the cost was a little high for the work performed

Everything done as planned and on time. Nice people to work with.

came out to locate a main drip irrigation line.....found the piece of line that was pinched by a root...cut it out, repaired.  Took them about 1 hour.

Very polite and professional.  Responded to all our initial requests.  Understood sprinkler system and were able to trouble shoot problems quickly.  Very helpful emails to let us know when they were arriving.  We liked working with them and wanted to use them again, but they did not respond to our request for a bid on future projects.

We noticed our sprinkler system was leaking so we called 2 different companies for estimates, left message. One of the companies never returned our call, but ERM Landscaping and Maintenance returned our call promptly and set a time to come by our house the next day. He showed up promptly and gave us a price for the repairs and while he was here, we asked for a price to prune a tree in our back yard. He set a time to come back the next day and complete the repair and look at our tree. He showed up early the next day and proceed repairing the sprinkler. He gave us a very reasonable price for pruning the tree and included cutting back an overgrown Lantana plant in our front yard. All work was completed quickly and all debris was cleared and carried away. He was professional and courteous - definitely recommend this company.

They came out quickly and located the leak. Returned as promised on time and fixed the leak quickly and at a reasonable price.

They were efficient. Everything went well and he was very personable.

Mike prompty came over and gave me an estimate. The estimate was a little high but reasonable.
We sheduled the work for the next day and he arrived promptly and began working. The work was done in a reasonable time.

ERM are, in many ways, excellent. prompt, for the most part; responsive; professional and willing to listen and work with you. My only concern is that they were overbooked. in turn, they hurried on the flagstone job and just ruined it!!! It already was a big expense, removing it would have been really costly and ERM did not in any way allude to redoing the work.

Because of this final poor work, which up to then had been excellent, I was left with a poor taste in my mouth.

Yet, when in comes to general lawn care and getting things done that deal with bushes and the like, they are excellent. Rock work is also superb, but when it comes to flagstone work, think again.

They arrived at the promised time, explained what was needed to repair the system and proceeded with the work after getting my approval.

I called Mike and explained that I was losing a lot of water where a valve connected to the sprinkler system. He said he would come right over. Twenty minutes later Mike and a worker arrived, dug up the valve and repaired it. Total time about thirty minutes working in the mud. These are great workers and always a professional team.
