Major fiasco!! We are property owners and wish we had never had contact with them. Beware! If you read some of the reviews online you will notice that they are in the habit of keeping damage deposits. We found that to be absolutely true. The behavior was so egregious that we reimbursed one of our tenants from our own pockets. They also kept some of our money for yard work we couldn't verify because they did not give us the number of their independent contractor. Dominic is one of the rudest and most arrogant "professionals" we have ever had to attempt to communicate with. When we questioned "shortages" in cash flows he came up with all sorts of bizarre excuses and statements. He "fired" us after one conversation, which was a great relief to us. We questioned the 1099 we received, and he has never provided us with any explanation, creating tax issues. We would encourage people who have had similar experiences to contact the NM Real Estate Commission which is what we plan to do.
