Desert Hills Roofing

This was our second roof with Ricardo.  We were pleased with the first job,so went directly to him for the second roof with the hail damage.  Ricardo was on the roof with the adjuster and then went over the adjusters claim with me.  Ricardo's bid was in line with claim settlement.  His crew was very professional worked hard and were very careful with the removal of old shingles.When removing shingles around one sky light, it pulled loose in the house and Ricardo had a drywall person in to fix the minimal damage as soon as the roof was complete.  That work was most satisfactory.  His crew also did some touch up painting and cleaned all the skylights while they were working on the roof.  Great crew and very enjoyable to be around.
Fully recommend and if I have a need for roof work in the future, I will go back to Desert Hills Roofing

finished job in three days, had a professional relationship with inspector, within a week returned to project to correct items not acceptable by the owner, price was considered a little high but the deciding factor was work with professional contractor considered acceptable based on inspector and reference and Angies List

Mr. Moreno and his crew are highly professional and are extremely competent and hard-working. We phoned with our roof leak problem and that same afternoon, not only did he and his crew arrive, but the job was completed. He gave us a one-year warranty on his work which is amazing especially since the cost of the repairs was extremely reasonable. Mr. Moreno was happy to give us all the information as to the problems he found and explained every step of the process. I am more than happy to recommend Desert Hills Roofing and will be using them for any problems that arise in our future. We are happy to have found him.

Project went very well. Work was of good quality and finished in a timely manner. Crew was polite and efficient. Over all, we were very happy with Desert Hills Roofing. We had 4 estimates and feel we definitely made the right choice.

Workmen arrived before dawn Monday and began tearing away the old roof. Lots of noise overhead, which, of course, I expected. My dog Slider, and my two cats, Caveman and Lovepie, were not so forgiving. Slider wouldn't leave my side for the three days while the cats found little hidey holes to stay in.
The swamp cooler was moved and later replaced as part of the project.
The workmen informed me there was an electrical wire which needed attention. An electrician was called and he told me the wire should be replaced for safety reasons as it was too thin to support the outlets in the back room. It's being replaced today, Thursday, Nov. 29. Thanks to the workmen for keeping a sharp eye out for any unforeseen problems.
Ricardo asked me if I minded the music the workmen were playing while working on the roof. He said some customers request that no music be played. I told Ricardo I enjoyed the music. (In fact, I discovered Cafe Tacvba last month... I bet the workers would of liked it!)
Ricardo asked me to go up on the roof on Wednesday to inspect the job. I told him I can't climb ladders so he went up and took pictures of the finished product and showed them to me. Everything was very neat and professional.

Job was done well and professionally and so far appears to have corrected all my leakage problems. Clean up after work was OK (like most other contractors you have to keep after them to perform proper clean up during job performance). They were very attentive to my requests throughout the job and very easy to work with. I would recommend this contractor for your roofing needs.

Ricardo was prompt in getting here for a look-see. Did not try to sell me a new roof. His crew arrived at 5:45AM today, and was finished by 10:45AM. Am very satisfied with results, and would highly recommend him.

We have not had a good downpour since the repairs but workmanship looks really good.

They came out for an inspection. Found the areas that looked to be the source of the problem. We had them do "roof maintenace" to the whole roof to help insure we wouldn't have other problems later on. They said they would be back first thing the next morning. They showed up at about 8am and got right to work. We've had a couple of big thunder storms since then. We're nice and dry inside.

He did a really good job. He even told me there was hail damage to my roof and I might even be able to get my insurance to pay for it when it's time to get a new roof.

I am extremely satisfied with the Deseret Hills Roofing Company. The job that they did for me was a complete re-roof on my home which included removing the old roof. Mr. Moreno was very punctual at every appointment. His original estimate was accurate; there were no surprises when the job was completed. All our concerns were addressed with this project. The crew left our property the way they found it (very clean). Mr. Moreno and his employees were very polite, helpful and honest.
