Dale Robertson and his crew showed up on time and they were very professional. We were amazed at the stuff that came out of the ducts, furnace and dryer vent! They showed us step by step what they were doing and what they got out. I've been in my house over 15 years and now we are breathing clean air. Great, Couldn't have wished for better. Dale Robertson and his two man team arrived fifteen minutes early, unloaded their equipment and went right too work. The cleaning process was well organized and focused on moving dust & dirt through the ducts from the far ends of the system to logical collection points. All the ducts were brushed, blown and vacuumed. Every duct louver in every room was removed taken outside, cleaned and reinstalled with no damage to our newly painted interior. The process was thorough but not overly time consuming. All the duct work and the cloths dryer vent in our 2000 Sq Ft home was finished in just under three and one-half hours. They cleaned up before they left. We felt the price was fair. We will use this service again. We would recommend Desert Air Quality, Air Duct Cleaning to family and friends.
