She works for me weekly. I am happy with her.

She showed up, and did most of the agreed upon services. However she missed a whole tiled shower and huge spills on the tiled floor in front of the fireplace. Said she would come back and do/fix but then had a family emergency in El Paso for 2 days. I had to leave town after that. Issues never resolved.

Dawn did a terrific job. She responded promptly to my call, showed up at the appointed time, and cleaned per the agreed-upon specifications. I have no reservations about employing her again or recommending her to others.

We have been using Dawn for over a year.  she is very thorough and will modify her cleaning to accommodate what we want done.  She is a great person and is very personable.

Dawn is absolutely fabulous! She does a great job cleaning my home and is kind and gentle with the animals.

Dawn is wonderful! She has been cleaning our home weekly for over 10 months and I don't know what I'd do without her. I had a bad experience with a housecleaner prior to meeting Dawn, so was really careful about hiring someone again. I am very particular about how the work is done and have high standards. Dawn has far exceeded my expectations. She is dependable, punctual, pays a great attention to detail, is helpful and really personable and friendly. Over the months that she's been helping me, I've come to not only appreciate her hard work, but to view her as a friend as well. I highly recommend Dawn to anyone who wants someone who is reliable and does great work.

We moved into our house in July and were trying to get some painting done and the house cleaned before our household goods arrived. It was short notice when I called Dawn, but she was very friendly and said she would work it out. She also agreed to work around the painters. Our house is about 2700 sqft. and was vacant at the time she cleaned it. It was not filthy by any means, it was dusty and the appliances and bathrooms needed cleaned. After looking at the house Dawn quoted me a price of $700.00!!!! I was quite shocked, and talked her down to $550. Her reasoning for the price was because it was something I needed done quickly and we lived so far out. I was crunch for time so between her kindness and good reviews on Angie's List I hired her to do the job.
It looked okay when I first looked at it, but when I started using things I noticed how poor the cleaning was and that some things had not even been touched. (i.e. the toilet and the refrigerator) I mentioned a couple of things to her when she was still at the house, like the fridge, but it was still not cleaned properly. Dawn did mention to call her if I saw anything she missed, but she had complained quite a bit about how far out we lived and for $550.00 I really shouldn't have had to mention anything at all.
Unfortunately, Dawn took advantage of my situation and I will not ever use her again or recommend her to anyone.

Dawn has been here twice. She is so thorough the areas she deep cleaned are still clean after a week. She can't get through all my house at once but my quality of life is significantly better since she has begun cleaning.

I've had excellent housecleaning service. She does a great job. She really cares about your house and your things. She's personable. I've used her for a year.

There were two people cleaning. Found areas that were not touched. IN A VERY BIG HURRY TO LEAVE IN TWO HOURS.

I don't know what I would do without her!

Cleaned my house. Did a great job in a reasonable amount of time.

Dawn does a great job. She has her own cleaning supllies and is easy to work with.

Dawn is very detailed oriented. She will spend as much time as necessary to get an area cleaned to your satisfaction.

It went well especially considering that I changed my mind about this that and the other.

Dawn responded promptly to my initial call and came out that day to give me an estimate. The quality of her work is excellent, and I use her to clean every other week. She is very thorough and conscientious about details. She follows up to ensure your satisfaction and to inform you of any issues she encounters. Her charges are very reasonable too. I highly recommend her services!

I was very impressed by the experience and if you need a deep cleaning or just a touch up I would highly recommend Dawn
