David and his people did a quick and thorough job. Materials were ordered and delivered in a week. His crew started the job on Wednesday and finished the two buildings by Friday at noon. I had a neighbor who has been in the construction business keep an eye on the progress for me because I couldn't take time from work. His was impressed with how well everything was done. David came back after I got home from work on Friday to go over the job with me and be sure I was pleased with the work. My neighbor was the person who did the legwork finding someone to do my roof. In spite of the economy and the lack of building work in the area, he had a hard time finding anyone that wanted to do the job. One factor in this may be that the house is a mobile. New Mexico (or HUD) makes things difficult for contractors working on mobiles. Instead of getting a regular building permit, the contractor must go through a state department to get the permit. David took care of everything. Ordering materials, trim, getting the permit, etc. All I had to do was select the colors and write the checks.
