About us

D & D Window Service is primarily a window washing company doing the services associated with that, i.e., cleaning screens and tracks and hard water stain removal when requested. I have been in business since 1999 and have hundreds of satisfied customers. I advertise in 2 phone books in the yellow pages but the bulk of my new customers come from referrals. My estimates are always free within the general Las Cruces NM area. I use an occasional helper but I never subcontract any work and I am personally on every job doing the primary work. I am licensed by Dona Ana County NM. Before establishing this business I was employed with the Las Cruces Fire Department and retired after 22.5 yrs. service.I Have been in Las Cruces many years and can recommend other businesses and services I am familiar with if you are new to the area.

It went very well.  He came on one day to look at the job and give a quote.  He was prompt and professional and provided exactly what he said he would do.  We are very pleased with the results.  Our windows have never been cleaner!!  It's such a pleasure to be able to see!!!   We would highly recommend him.

I have one thing to say to D & D Window Service. WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS?? I have tried everything under the sun, including another window cleaning company in town, to make my windows sparkle. NOTHING has worked. I found D & D on Angie's List, and in desperation, gave them a call. Dale, the owner, is a very personable chap who arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment. He was like a flea in a mitt...boy is he fast, but his work is FLAWLESS. He emphasized several times that if I were to find any streaks or anything I wasn't pleased with that he would promptly return. Wow. My husband and I purchased our home in Sonoma Ranch because of the breathtaking Organ Mountain views. This is the first morning that we have enjoyed the sunrise from inside our home without looking through streaks and spots!

Wow!  Everything Dale cleaned, windows, screens, mirrors, and large glass table came out super clean!  Dale was thoughtful and helpful with tips on how to clean smudges and how often to clean windows inside and out to keep our beautiful views maintained.  He's also reasonable!  He's going to be a keeper!!  Thanks so much Dale!!!

Dale arrived on time, and began work immediately. The windows were so clean when he was done that it appeared as though we had no windows at all.
He offered us a discounted rate in (6) six months.

Such a pleasure doing business with this company.  We recently purchased our home and the windows, sills, screens, etc. were filthy.  I couldn't believe the difference after cleaning!  Even though they were in pretty dirty shape, I wasn't charged an arm and a leg to scrub them.  I appreciate good customer service and D & D certainly came through on that.

It went well. The service was prompt, fast and thorough. The windows were very dirty and he did not charge extra for their condition. (He agreed that he probably should have charged extra but, "once (he) gave a price (he) honored it". I will call him again, this time within a year, per his recommendation.

Contractor did the estimate as promiced, then washed the exterior of windows per phone conversation.  During this time I was unavailable so he left invoice on back patio. He did an excellent job.  I would  highly recommend this contractor.

Dale does a very good job of cleaning the widows and screens. Today he even took the haze off of the bathroom mirrors. This is the second times he has cleaned our windows. He is a person that I feel you can trust inside your home. He is on time, quick, priced right and cleans your windows so that the barrier to your view is removed.

Dr. Deemer was prompt in calling me back to set up a time for him to do an estimate. He was on time on the day of the cleaning. He did a better job than I thought he would be able to do given the water stains on the outside of the windows. He cleaned up after himself. I worked at home on the day he cleaned the windows and I barely knew he was there working. He was professional and I will hire him again.
