Went well. Did a great job.

Had a leak around window, they came out and supposedly repaired it. It was supposedly coming from roof. Later the leak around window occurred again, my husband went and discovered the window hadn't been caulked and caulked above window (which should have been done and wasn't) . Then this year the leak on roof was obvious again and we are having to repair it again.

It's easy to deal with Clayton if you let him do his own thing. He gets the job done and does all things that are necessary whether you knew what the job entailed or not. This was the third building he replaced a roof for me.

Every time it rained we noticed a leak in the tile roof of our garage near the water heater vent pipe. We called Clayton and he told us he was on a job but could come by later that afternoon. Clayton arrived as promised and inspected our roof for areas of possible leakage. Following his inspection, Clayton advised he could repair the leaking area for $500. We agreed and he returned early the following a.m.to begin repairs. Clayton completed the garage roof repair by noon and advised that he had also inspected the rest of our roof and could find no other area of concern.
We found Clayton to be very informative and easy to talk to. We have not really had a heavy rain since he repaired our roof but so far have not had a leak.

The job took a very long time to complete; almost two weeks, That was bad enough, but the worst of it was when we noticed water leaks coming from several of our skylights. We called the contractor and he came right away. He went to work putting sealant around the skylights and he told use that the problem was because of some kind of condensation and said the problem was fixed. Well , the problem wasn't fixed, we still had water dripping on us from the skylights. Also, in the previous 18 years of living in this house, we NEVER had leaking skylights!
We had to pay another contractor to fix the leaks.

Very good quality of work. Reasonable price and stuck to estimate. Pleasant to deal with and cleaned up afterwards. The only negative was the project took 6 months to complete!

He worked within the time frame he had given me and there were no problems, and I appreciate the detailed care he gave to any things related to the roof area.

This company was very fast at getting us an estimate and ordering the materials. After the materials were delivered the owner stated it would take 3 days to complete. After 3 days had passed no one had even showed up to the house to get started. After calling the owner they said they would be there the next day. They started the next day but did not get very far along. Again the owner stated it would only take two more days and that they would be back the next day. Two more days passed and still no sign of any progress. After constantly calling the company daily the job was finished about 5 days later. So basically a 3 day job turned into a 2 week job which included constant calls on our part to the owner.

This company was very professional and did a wonderful job. Even though they ran into some trouble removing the old roof and it took longer than they expected, they stuck with the original estimate. The shingles lay flat with no buckling. They even came out several weeks later and got on the roof to make sure that none of the nails were coming out due to expansion. I would highly recommend this company. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up when they were done.

Clayton Donnelly Roofing responded the same day to our estimate request. Clayton was open to negotiating the total price and with in 24 hours we had a written estimate. They are a small family owned and operated company that prides themselves on high quality roofing which includes all hand nailing. Clayton was able to do a complete roof tare off and re-shingle with in our requested 10 day time frame. He used high quality materials for the entire job and kept the property reasonably clean throughout the process. Four weeks after the job was finished I was installing a new bathroom exhaust fan and discovered that one of the bathroom vent roof penetrations had been mistakenly coverd up during the re-roofing process. I called Clayton to discuss this matter, he took full responsibilty and was at our property with in one half hour with all of the necessary tools and materials to remedy the situation. Over all I am very satisfied with the quality of the work he and his family provided.

I am not at all knowledgeable about roofs, and being a woman living along without anyone to give advice, I was perhaps more nervous about the process. The roof looks good; the inspector agreed that it was a job well done.

Provided all new AC stands, trim, most vents, and did an enthusiastic and conscientious job. Pleasant to work with.

He did a real nice job, but he forgot to miss one little trim spot, and that was it. He was the best price we had and he went above and beyond to do a good job.

came on time, did a good professional job, cleaned up after the job. did something extra: live in a high wind (70mph), high temp (105F+), high altitude (4200') area. he came back after the high wind season and checked everything for FREE. He also left a small sheet of roofing for me to keep, stored outside the storage shed so that if I needed a repair in the future, the repair/patch would match the in-place roofing.
