Landscaping
Signed an agreement in late Feb with an early April start date- job was finally stated early May. We were told the job would take a week which we suspected was not realistic- the job took 6 weeks to complete.
The first week was a perfect example of the rest of the job. They showed up a day late, managed to be on site less than 10 hour over the next 3 days, broke my sewer line and then disappeared for a 4 day week (and it was not a holiday). Did not complete removal of old landscape gravel before putting down new so the old is coming up thru the new. Crew left cigarette butts, soda can, and cups in the yard. I could go on and on but you get the drift.
On a positive note, the gentleman who did the concrete work was excellent.
