Real Estate Auctions
I signed his contract that he brought over right after I had gotten out of the hospital and was quite ill. Later, I wanted to stop the deal because after I felt well thought better of it. He refused to let me out of the contract so I figured at least all the stuff would be sold and I'd be done with it. This guy may be fine for heavy equipment but if you're a widow and need an estate auction of considerable antiques, fine woods, etc. or real estate RUN from this person. The advertising for my auction was inadequate to say the least. Some of my antiques were broken and the place was a mess when they finished. Mr. Dickerson didn't even sell all the stuff which he assured me he would do. It was one of the worst decisions I ever made after my husband died.
