We hired Busy Bees to clean our home for moving out. I let Margot know of the square footage of the home ahead of time. The initial quote was 4 hours with two people at $340. 8 hours, 3 people later, $770 price with taxes later, none of the baseboards were clean, the windows weren't cleaned, the fridge still had stains on it, and the kitchen floor was dirtier than how we initially had it (footprints that weren't cleaned up), the home wasn't swept or mopped, the windowsills weren't properly cleaned, and our kitchen rod was tossed out for some reason. When I asked why so little was done, Margot said they tried their best. They state they spent 4 hours on ONE restroom alone that wasn't even fully cleaned. They charged us for lunch break that they obviously took (there were Burger King wrappers on the floor), and we still had to pay full price.

"What this person failed to mention is that they didn't want us to clean the floors. They also wanted us to limit the time working so we didn't have time to finish everything. There was so much wrong with this job that I can't even mention everything. She lied in her review and provided false information. We provide excellent service and have always prided ourselves on our stellar reputation. Our prior reviews speak for themselves. We went above and beyond to accommodate this customer and she still was not happy. Yes, we tried our best, but with limitations that were given to us, we could only do so much. Some people cannot be satisfied, no matter what you do. I would not recommend working for this person!"

(1) Margo and Benny's team cleaned our windows (inside and out), scoured and cleaned all surfaces, vacuumed, shop-vac'd in tricky places, dusted, swept, and mopped a house that hadn't been cleaned properly in years. They arrived on-time and got right to work, were polite and responsive when we made special requests (such as avoiding harsh chemicals or strongly aromatic cleaners), and finished on time. The cleaning bill came in at $751.69, which was consistent with the estimated amount. (2) On a separate day, Benny arrived early with three additional men and several trucks to help us with a "hybrid" move; that is, we packed things and they moved it all. They moved a great many pre-packed boxes as well as all of our furniture. They set things up where we asked for them to and were ready to disassemble and reassemble furniture whenever necessary (or just give me free tips on how to do it myself). They were careful and attentive and finished the job in under three hours, and the bill came in at $785.33, well under the maximum of the range that Margo gave us when she gave us an estimate. I would happily hire them for an across-city move again.

at the appointed hour 2 very nice and courteous young women (Becky and Jessica) arrived. they assessed the needs. (this was their first visit here) and started work promptly. They did a fine job of an initial cleaning. we moved in 2 months ago, and need to start a service to help us with the cleaning. we will continue with their by weekly service. They were here for 3 hours. the heavy cleaning rate is $40.00/person/hour. We Happy campers.

Benny of Busy Bees and his crew are responsive, professional, and get the job done. While they are able to provide the labor, it works best to provide guidance while they do the actual work. They are not cheap, but they are able to get the job done. I definitely plan to continue using their services.

Since it was a big job I asked for two cleaners.. The first one showed up on time at 8:30, the second at 9:15. I was just back from a month in a hospital/rehab so there was rotting food in the fridge. I asked them to throw out anything that wasn't in a jar or bottle. She did a good job on the counters and rangetop.. After 3 hours, one had to leave. The girl who stayed worked on my floor for two hours. So I ended up with 1/3 of the kitchen not cleaned and the bathroom untouched.. Also there was no attempt to deodorize the refrigerator a week later it still smells

Benny and his team arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They were courteous, cheerful and very professional. I had to leave for work myself shortly after, but when I got home, everything was ship-shape.

Provider quoted $65 for the job. Charged $296.20. Told me that the $65 was PER HOUR not per job. I will never use them again.

"We are so sorry that (Removed members personal information) was unhappy with our services. Last time we spoke, he was elated with the work we did for him. We did an exceptional job for him under extremely difficult and unsanitary circumstances. We did 5 hours of work at our standard rate of $55 per hour. We never quoted him a price of $65. That is not even in our price scale and there is no way we could have done all that we did for a price of $65."

It went extremely well. They brought 4 guys to do the job and they worked efficiently. After the first load there was some goods that didn't fit, and they had to go back to finish the job. We had a slight disagreement on price, because the price they quoted me was apparently for 2 guys and they brought 4 and charged more for more people. They explained that 4 guys could do the job in 1/2 the time, but I explained that I did not believe that was the case because with too many people they were holding each other up at times. We discussed the issue in a very amicable way and came to a very amicable agreement on the price to be paid. Overall we are very happy with the service Busy Bees provided and do understand that estimating time and capacity for a move can be very difficult.

We moved into a home recently that had a quite a few bushes/trees that needed trimmed as well as gutters that didn't look like they had been cleaned in a long time. On top of that, there were all the leaves (the yard is almost an acre and there are at least 10 trees) that needed to be cleaned up and removed.
Busy Bees were prompt in coming out to provide an estimate. While the estimate was higher than I would have liked, they were able to begin the work on the day I requested, which made me decide to go with them even though they were a bit higher in their estimate. They showed up at the appointed date/time and completed the work the same day. The yard looked great.

It went very well. The workers and owners where very patient, and knew what they where doing. Took their time and did not rush. They where right on time. Always asking me whereI wanted the furniture and moving it around and took steps to do it right{putting bed frame together}. The one mover was very good at teaching and directing the other mover. He always did it with a professional tone and a please and thank you. A great job!!!

Very polite individuals on the phone and were very prompt with their service. It's obvious they know the importance of customer service and I appreciate this fact. Too many businesses forget the fact that the reason they are in business is because of the customer!!!

If you use this company be sure you get a written, signed estimate. They painted some walls and then were supposed to but did not finish cleaning the driveway. Gave us an hourly estimate. then when they presented us with the bill they charged us hourly PER PERSON used instead of per hour for the company. Felt scammed. Be sure you have VERY clear communication on estimates and total cost. not per hour

"We charged this customer according to the work she requested. We put several people on the job because she needed the work done right away. We explained the charges to her up front, but she misunderstood. It iwould be impossible for us to stay in business if we did the amount of work we did for her and not charge accordingly. We did not finish the driveway because she asked us not to do anymore work."
