We had to be towed into Las Cruces and we were fortunate to be referred to Bogart's. The transmission on our motorhome burnt out first and reverse clutches and we lost all the connections between the transmission and the rear end. A new transmission had to be ordered and the staff went to work researching the Internet to find us the best quality for the best price. Meanwhile, since we were without our home, they installed our unit behind the shop, put us up on blocks, and we enjoyed the back storage scenery for two weeks. We had electricity, water, and dumping facilities. How priceless - we could stay in our own home. The work was done quickly and efficiently once the new transmission was delivered. Meanwhile, I enjoyed making cookies for the break room, and marveling at the speed in which they disappeared. The company did not press us for a down payment but we offered to do that as we feel that is the right thing to do. What could have been a truly miserable experience turned out another opportunity to appreciate the goodness of local businessmen. We cannot help but rate these folks as excellent in every way.

My husband has been very happy with them and they are the only ones in town that he is interested in using. They are our repair service of preference. They are not more expensive than other repair shops, they are generally in the moderate range, and we have never been over billed there. They are always good about giving us good estimates of what the cost would be. They took a little longer than usual for the last repair and that was unusual because they had a ton of work that week and that is why we couldn't get the truck back as fast as we normally do. They generally get it done when they say it is going to be done unless there is a terrible interruption to their business for some reason.
