The provider did fix the problem for which he was called; however, ------
He knocked the kitchen ceiling fan against a cabinet door chipping the door and making the fan off balance.
When he left the ceiling fan in the home office that he originally came to repair the lights was shaking as though it was about to fall off.
I called another electrician who repaired both ceiling fans.

I have limited mobility, and he's been very nice and helpful. He did beyond what he needed to. He even replaced some of the wall where the heater had gone.
