It was outstanding service. He didn't charge me for the work because I was an existing customer. He was absolutely amazingly responsive. He understood roofing. He knows what his customers are going through with roofing and he makes sure that his customers are satisfied. The quality of their work was outstanding and as as their punctuality. He was absolutely marvelous. I use him and I encourage people to bring him in.

This rates as one of the best contractor experiences I jave ever had. Hector responded to my initial call, checked out the situation and had me an estimate in hand within one day. I was pleased that roofs was all Hector did so he and his crew treated it almost like a true craft, even art form. He was patient with my securing financing to have the complete job done. I later found out that Hector did the roof on our church which resulted in several other members hiring him to do their roofs and he came with the highest recommendation based on that work. On the day scheduled to start, he and his crew were there as expected. They were respectful and allowed our dogs to have their normal access to the yard. The roof is now a thing of beauty. Hector not only rebuilt the venting, but also the HVAC penetrations. He and his crew even came out on a Saturday morning to re-secure and re-cover potentially exposed places when an unexpected and unforecasted rain system moved into the area. The permit approval went as smoothly as anything I have ever experienced. Due to the age of the house and existing roof, additional repairs not foreseen in the estimate were required, but these were not extensive and Hector reduced his bill so as to not exceed the estimate, so that is what was paid. Since the completion of the roof, we have indeed had several heavy weather systems, rain as well as snow and there has not been any issues. I could not be more pleased. Hector gets the highest of recommedations from me.
