Good, some delays but done well with good communication

Quick response to requested quote. Offered to do the repair we needed for a really great price compared to their competitors. There was a quick response to getting the major work done, but we did experience a delay in getting the final steps completed for different reasons. Would definitely recommend and will be looking into them for future repair work.

Went well. Had to redo them two times because there were many that weren’t painted right. Understanding and willing to correct work till I was satisfied with end product.

Paid 6,200 for a bathroom remodel after I did most of demo. Kitchen remodel after cabinets were already removed and flooring wasn't part of project. Only installed cabinets but didn't mention or ask about countertops. Asked what size sink I wanted but left the countertops and sink not completed and stated contract didn't mention it those items. Had to give the new tenants their first month free due to this.

SC Remodeling started the project on time, worked at it diligently and was willing to make changes and additions to the plans. Their work was top notch. The workers were professional, polite and agreeable at all times. Juan designed a bird avery that is outstanding based on my telling him what I needed for my birds. He is very good at listening to the customers needs and providing helpful suggestions with both design and materials that will get the job done to our satisfaction. The office provided a detailed estimate of the costs and allowed a reasonable payment schedule of 4 payments before, during and the final payment.

Very professional and efficient. Easy to communicate with and was kept up to date on all progress. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Everything went well. My next project will be remodeling my bedroom in the near future.

It was a very good service, he was always punctual, always return calls, very detailed you know what he was doing and what he needed to do so he kept us well informed, he cleaned up after himself and leave everything nice December in 2019, he fix the leak on the foundation of our house. he was also very knowledgeable.

Mr Lozano was great. He was punctual, which i value very much, and he kept me updated of the progress of whatever work he was doing. He promptly tackled all the work in the way we requested and left us incredibly happy with the results. I will be calling him again in the future for anything else that comes up. He is a hard worker that has earned my trust and business wholeheartedly.

Mr. Lozano initially presented himself as a professional painter, arriving early for our appointment and was very courteous. I accepted his bid based on the rating he had received on Angie's List and the reviews he had received (which I now find it hard to believe are real). He started work the next day . The first sign that he was actually an amateur was when I went to open the kitchen window. He had painted over the latch so I had to use a knife to cut through the paint so I could open the window. Second mistake - because the washer and dryer are located behind the folding doors, they were covered with "dust bunnies" (mainly on the inside of the doors). Mr. Lozano had painted over the dust bunnies that were on the outside of the doors. Really?! I find it hard to believe that a professional painter would do this. Fortunately, it was the first coat so I spent several hours cleaning the doors and removing the painted over dust bunnies so the second coat would not leave lumps of paint on the doors. I feel Mr. Lozano should have made it clear beforehand that he had no intention of cleaning the doors before he started painting. The next day he started painting the kitchen cabinets. Third mistake - when I saw that he was painting the doors with the old hinges on the doors, I told him that I did not want any old paint to show through when he placed the new hinges on the doors. He promised me that the new hinges would cover the area where the old hinges were. Wrong! When you open any of the doors, the hinges do not cover where the old hinges were so that on ALL the doors you can see the old paint (see attached photo). I can only assume that he thought because you can see the old paint on the inside of the doors, it doesn't matter. It matters very much to me. I paid top dollar to have a professional paint job done and that's not what I got. Finally, when he gave the folding doors the second coat of paint, there were areas that should have gotten a third coat. Plus he left glob of paint right by the knob that you pull to open the door (see attached photos). Based on your ads, I used Angie's List thinking I was going to get someone professional and reliable. This was my first and last time using your service as I don't feel I can trust any recommendation you provide.
