Description of Work: I had an install done for internet service. The installer was very accommodating, being as I had limited time and many things to do.

 + -1 moreRepair has been largely ineffective, and frequently they are very difficult to deal with. Of 5 repair calls, they were an unexplained no-show at 2, late for the rest.
Description of Work: They provide Internet service. However, it frequently loses connectivity, especially in the evenings (when most needed).
