+ -1 moreThe realtor set up the inspection. The electrician arrived on time. He was very thorough and spent an appropriate amount of time evaluationg the house. The report came out 3 days later, which was 1 day later than promised. That is not unusual for this area as all licensed tradesmen are very busy.
