Kenzie did excellent work , they were very professional and easy to work with.

GREAT!! Guys were well groomed & wore long uniform shirts so no skin showed!! They were extremely professional, worked well as a team. 2nd day they got everything finished! My fiance will use them again, this time @ my house.

The workers did a wonderful job. Had the problem solved within an hour and the work was done by noon. Very professional and the worker thoroughly explained what they did. Cleaned up wonderfully. I will definitely call them again.

These guys were great. They were fast, and professional. Got all three little jobs done pretty fast and everything works great. Very professional and courteous.

They were great. They are fast, efficient and courteous and they did a good job.

It was late in the afternoon and I called Kenzie's to see if they would send someone out to look at it and if possible fix it. It was after 4:00 in the afternoon and I was told very nicely that if someone finished up at another job before 5:00 and was able to get here before 5 that I would be billed regular rate. If it was after 5 when someone finished, it would be night rates. I told then I would be happy to pay night rate if need be, and I would wait for them to call me back. I got a call at 4:45 from the plumber himself and he stated he was on his way! He was just calling to let me know he was 6 blocks away and that he wanted to make sure he could locate me. I gave him directions, and he was here in 3 minutes. After checking the water heater he re-lit it and it started working. He told me that if it gave me anymore trouble it might be a coupling and to call him back. I paid regular service rate. Several days later it went out again, and again I found it by not having hot water. I called them back and I was told not a problem someone would be out within an hour. Less than an hour later, a different plumber was here and he replaced the coupling. All I was charged on the second visit was the price of the part! The part was less than $20!

My water heater has not given me a bit of trouble since!

Kudos to these guys for not taking advantage of a woman and doing an outstanding job plus standing behind your work!!!!

I am very happy with the service I received from them and would highly recommend this company to everyone needing a plumber!!!!!
