Harold's Fences Of Today

We paid Harold to do a fence around our old fence at our house. We paid him alitte over half the price of the fence to start off with. It took him 2 1/2 months to even get started. When we went to ask him if we could have our money back b/c he still hadn't started he said no and was going to give us the material instead, which was only 7,000. We paid him 10,000. He finally agreed to start after we threated to take him to court. His work force consists of people that where in a halfway house and most of them got sent back to jail during the 3 months of our job. They never worked a full week and it took them another month to finish. The fence is not to bad looking, but he didn't listen to the little details we asked him to do. He never wanted to give us an invoice and we paid with a check so we have a paper trail. Overall I would strongly suggest you don't use Harold Pruitt - Harold's Fences of Today due to lack of respect, the time it took to do the job after we had already paid, and not being a man of his word. I understand Harold was probably a very busy man, but when someone gives you money to do a job, they expect you to get the job done right, and not be bullied around. I think anyone who pays a reasonable amount of money for a any job, they want it to be done in a timely and professional way.
